Property Assignment

Pulling from a wealth of property management experts in our global Realogy network, we’ll assign your assets to a professional who possesses a thorough knowledge of not only the local market, but the specific asset type. You’ll also receive an indepth asset valuation based on current local market information. This valuation includes current market comparables, property tax status, local covenants, entitlements and other vital information. 

Assessment/Inspection

We’ll look things over and provide you with a property status and condition assessment. Not only do we see with our local eyes, but the report comes complete with photos, which will make future decisions much easier. 

Reporting/Financial Services

You’ll receive full accounting of all expenditures and/or financial performance on a monthly and annual basis (available online 24/7 through a proprietary software system customized for you). Along with maintaining these comprehensive property files, our team processes income and expense transactions (lawn care, utilities, etc.). Just another way we take the strain off your administrative support. 

Asset Management

Acting quickly, we provide asset stabilization, loss/risk mitigation, supervision of repairs and improvements, and negotiation and monitoring of any ongoing maintenance a property may require. We can even assist with your marketing, re-positioning or re-development plans. 

Asset Disposition

At this stage, properties are ready to be listed. Throughout this phase, our best-in-class local sales or leasing professional serves as liaison between you and the local market, and will assist in any disposition negotiations. Our single point-of-contact system provides consistency in the listing documents, offers and contract documentation, and we coordinate full communication and information management between you and our field teams!
